In 2017 I found myself obese, hooked on pain killers, going through a divorce, and utterly lacking in confidence. I could barely rise from the recliner to go fetch another piece of pie. I was headed for an early grave.

Now I can bench press 315 pounds, deadlift 475 pounds, do 20 pull-ups, run three miles in 26 minutes, and a lot of other genuinely impressive feats for a guy my age. Most importantly, I am winning the war with aging and feel more alive than I have ever felt!

ABOUT ALYSSA O'TOOLE

Founder & Directer of Musicians Playground

Alyssa has been actively involved in music and education for over ten years. After earning her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College in 2010 and studying under renowned pianist, Dr. Deborah Nemko – Musicians Playground was born.

Her ability to inspire others knows no bounds. Her clients are of all ages and backgrounds; from infants to senior citizens, to under-privileged and special needs students. Those that know her describe her as a highly animated, loving, and compassionate instructor who believes everyone deserves the happiness and confidence that comes from music.

While O’Toole’s energy is vastly dedicated to making Musicians Playground a national brand, her ultimate hope is that no matter where her journey leads, that she continues to share the magic of music and life with others.
